Why Starr Partners Ingleburn?

  At each of our two offices the following services are offered . . .  

(a) Sale of residential property throughout the areas, designated franchise territory applicable to each office. We sell residential property by either of these methods – Private Treaty or Auction 

  (b) Management and leasing of rental properties (primarily residential properties)  

Where do we go? 

Our core business area extends from The Crossroads and Glenfield in the north to Razorback, Douglas Park, Werombi and Appin in the South. These areas are controlled by six Starr Partners offices of which our 2 offices specialises in the northern suburbs of:               Minto, Ingleburn, Macquarie Fields, Macquarie Links, Edmondson Park, Denham Court, Long Point, Bow Bowing and Glenfield .  

Although we may control as many as 50% of the sales in some suburbs within this area our two offices average about 24% (more than one in five) of all sales throughout our territory. This is despite the fact that we are only 2 offices amongst over 12 real estate offices operating throughout the area. 

  In addition, we are in competition with numerous new home companies selling house and land packages on the various estates throughout the area. 

  We maintain a healthy relationship with all our competitors but we do not share our assets with them. Listings secured by us should not be shared with other offices until our own staff have at least had the opportunity of showing their buyers through the property or unless the client has specifically requested that we do so from the beginning of our agency.  

Our Local Market has traditionally been a first home buyers market and with the introduction of the increased grant, over 83% of our buyers are buying their first homes. Properties in our area have always been amongst the least expensive in the metropolitan area.  

Nowadays we cater to almost anyone who wants to buy a home from as little as $100,000 to as much as $600,000 or more. And with the growth of the investment market we are also able to cater to almost anyone who wants to rent a property in all price categories.
